We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Account Termination

If you choose to terminate your account with Health[e]Foundation, your personal information will be retained for at least period of 30 days in the form of a automated backup. During this retention period, your data will remain subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Discontinuation of Services

In the event that Health[e]Foundation discontinues a particular service or ceases operations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and provide guidance on how to export or secure your data. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy during the transition period.

Data Deletion

Upon the expiry of the retention period or at your request, we will securely delete your personal information, unless we are required by law to retain certain data.

Requesting Account Deletion

If you wish to have your account deleted, we have made the process simple and transparent. To initiate an account deletion request, please follow the steps below or submit a request using the Data Deletion Form

  • Learning Management System
    Log In: Sign-in to your account using your credentials.
    Go to your profile, click on “Contact the privacy officer”
    Fill in your account details (your email address is sufficient) and mention explicitly that you want your data to be deleted.
  • LUCY
    Go to your Profile in the app, and tap on the Delete Account.
    You may first need to update the app to the latest version.

Health[e]Foundation its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
