We are pleased to welcome our new board member Professor Dr Hans Romijn!
He is chair of the Executive Board, of the Academic Medical Center, and dean of the Faculty of Medicine (AMC-UvA). Since 2010, Hans Romijn, internist and endocrinologist, has headed the AMC’s department of Internal Medicine and has been chair of its Internal & External Specialisms division. He has an immense passion for science and medicine and a clear vision on teaching and research. He participated in our Big Data symposium in 2017 and we are delighted to have this teaching driven new member in the board. Since he understands and supports our mission knowledge and information exchange as the global health foundation dedicated to training and education better.
