Health[e]Foundation Supervisory Board…“Hello, goodbye”

Hans van der Noordaa

After eight years of active service, we wave goodbye to Hans van der Noordaa as a member of our Supervisory Board. Hans has been extremely instrumental for Health[e]Foundation, not only for his expertise in strategic and financial decision making, also for his inborn capability to think in solutions rather than problems. Always there for instant advise, ever interested and committed, and never pessimistic.

Hans reflection on his time with Health[e]Foundation is captured by his personal statement: “It was a privilege to be involved as a board member for the last 8 years, the commitment from the team and the agility to respond to a (very) fast changing environment are impressive. Over the last years the Health[e]Foundation has reinvented itself by developing a true e-health vision and offering, well done! For me the most memorable moment was the successful implementation of the Lucy-app!
His advise to Health[e]Foundation is: “To be successful in the future I would advice the team to build partnerships to leverage the specific skills and experience and to become part of a strong international network.

Aida Demneri

Sadness comes with joy, as Hans proposed his successor to be Aida Demneri, Life Sciences Industry leader for Deloitte the Netherlands. She has over 23 years of international professional services experience in supporting global companies in the fields of Governance, Risk and Regulatory Compliance. For the past 4 years, she have been responsible for developing and growing the Life Sciences Regulatory Advisory practice.

Asking for her vision as a new Supervisory Board member her response is “In my daily job I lead the Life Science practice in Deloitte and focus in making a responsible transformation in Health Ecosystem. I intrinsically have a passion of making a lasting impact in the Health domain and particularly in the topic of Health equity.

With a fresh take on her role within Health[e]Foundation she is keen to create and embark on collaborations with other parties to amplify the impact that Health[e]Foundation is having.
Her personal motto is “Dream big, Work hard, Do good, Stay humble” …. an excellent fit with the phenotype of Health[e]Foundation.
